# Longterm Interest Cycle (LIC)

In order to maintain sustainability and future growth, we have introduced a Longterm Interest Cycle (LIC) component which will award $TALETE token holders with continued compound interest in perpetuity.

Each Interest Cycle is 10 minutes in length and is referred to as an **ERA** 

There are 52'560 ERA's in 1 year.

**ERA 1 - :** 0.025% every ERA **(First 12 Months)**

**ERA 2 - :** 0.00211% every ERA **(Next 6 months)**

**ERA 3 - :** 0.00014% every ERA **(Next 6 Years)**

**ERA 4 :**   0.00002% EVERY ERA **(In Perpetuity until max supply is reached)**
